In 1988 Brierley launched the first ‘car rental light board’ allowing travelers to go directly to their rental car, a real plus for loyal travelers.
Brierley created double dipping—the first loyalty program to combine airline and hotel points, incentivizing loyal travelers for years.

Planting our roots in the travel industry with industry-leading brands, we’ve since grown to serve over 250 clients across a broad spectrum of industries. More recently, Brierley has helped completely reshape loyalty in the retail industry, launching programs that have revolutionized loyalty cadence, technology, and member communications. While leading sophisticated loyalty and CRM innovation for decades, Brierley has maintained a singular mission: making our clients’ customer relationships dramatically more profitable.
In 2015, Nomura Research Institute, Japan’s premier IT Solutions and consulting company, acquired Brierley+Partners. With this acquisition, we are able to launch into the Asia-Pacific marketplace and bring loyalty and CRM innovation to NRI’s global clientele more efficiently than ever before.
