Nicole brings more than 20 years of strategic leadership and innovative management experience to Brierley+Partners. She has served as a client-facing loyalty executive across a broad range of industries, including: grocery, gas, retail, financial services and travel/hospitality. She has achieved industry-leading results through a consultative, client-focused approach to CRM and loyalty, while gaining experience with proprietary, payment, coalition, and partnership type programs, as well as customer-centric analytics. Prior to joining Brierley, she was an Associate Vice President at LoyaltyOne, responsible for enterprise loyalty solutions and Brand Loyalty market expansion of promotional continuity programs within the U.S. During her tenure at LoyaltyOne, Nicole held a number of key management positions with a focus on the development, implementation, management, and expansion of customer loyalty initiatives into global markets. She has also worked within loyalty management for Toys“R”Us and in brand management for Procter & Gamble.
