Jim is a seasoned creative veteran with over 30 years’ experience developing award-winning creative for many of the world’s leading loyalty and CRM programs. With a focus on developing engaging creative solutions that drive results, Jim helped brand and launch global programs for such clients as Hertz, Hilton, GameStop, 7-Eleven, Bloomingdale’s, JCP and most recently Essilor USA. Jim oversees our global creative services, UX, design, interactive and digital art studios to ensure consistency across all customer engagements. During his impressive career, Jim has gained a national reputation for his achievements. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including ECHOs, Caples, AAF Best in the West and Telly awards. A graduate from the American Academy of Art, Jim began his career at Stone & Adler in Chicago and then Y&R in Los Angeles.
